Taga Urbanic is a leading real estate developer operating in Portugal since 2018, recognised for its construction quality, contemporary design, and attention to detail across every project developed.
As part of its sustained growth and business expansion, the company is looking to hire an After-Sales Manager to join its team.

Mission / Role Objectives:

The selected professional will be responsible for overseeing the final stage of residential projects, ensuring an efficient transition between construction completion and client handover, as well as managing the after-sales phase, including the developments’ warranty period. Working closely with the Project Managers, this role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering the highest standards of quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the handover phase of residential projects to end clients;
  • Oversee the entire after-sales process, including the reception, assessment, and resolution of reported issues;
  • Monitor the performance of developments during the warranty period, ensuring a prompt and effective response to any defects or anomalies;
  • Coordinate and supervise corrective interventions, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and cost control are met;
  • Liaise with internal teams (Project Management, Construction) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers);
  • Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction standards are consistently achieved;
  • Implement and optimise after-sales processes, promoting operational efficiency;
  • Manage and lead a small team (2 people), ensuring organisation, productivity, and professional development;
  • Prepare progress reports and performance indicators.

Profile required:

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in after-sales, construction supervision, site management, or project management within the real estate sector;
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction and building maintenance;
  • Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination;
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality;
  • B2 level of English proficiency;
  • Autonomous, proactive, and responsible attitude.
